Adam Bullock is an attorney and entrepreneur with a deep-rooted commitment to serving clients across Tennessee through dependable, relationship-focused legal and real estate services. He is the co-founder of Anchor Title & Escrow, LLC, a full-service title company built on trust, integrity, and personalized client care.
Adam launched Anchor Title & Escrow with his childhood friend, Elizabeth Burrell. Together, they are dedicated to providing smooth, efficient, and stress-free real estate closings, backed by years of legal experience and a shared commitment to excellence.
In addition to his work with Anchor Title, Adam is the co-owner of Bullock Law Firm, PLLC, which he owns with his wife, Jessica Lovely-Bullock. Their firm is known for its personalized approach and results-driven advocacy in a wide range of legal matters.
A proud Tennessee native, Adam earned his undergraduate degree from East Tennessee State University before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University – Duncan School of Law. His education, coupled with his professional experience, has shaped his client-first approach and his belief in building lasting partnerships based on service and trust.
When he’s not in the office or at the closing table, Adam enjoys spending time with his family and dogs on Norris Lake, traveling, giving back to his community, and supporting local businesses.
ELIZABETH BURRELL

Elizabeth Burrell brings a unique blend of legal expertise and hometown dedication to Anchor Title and Escrow. A University of Tennessee College of Law graduate, Elizabeth has been practicing law since 2015, focusing on real estate, probate, and municipal matters. She founded Anchor Title and Escrow alongside her partner, Adam Bullock — friends since their t-ball days, though Elizabeth’s baseball career was very short-lived. Together, they provide personalized, attorney-led title and closing services with offices in LaFollette and Clinton, Tennessee.
With family ties deeply rooted in Campbell County, Elizabeth understands the local community and its needs. She serves as City Attorney for the City of Jellico, general counsel for Jellico Utilities Authority, and Administrative Hearing Officer for Rocky Top, Tennessee, providing her with broad legal experience that benefits every client.
Elizabeth began offering title services in 2016 and is committed to making the closing process smooth and transparent.
